Is there a fee for the consultation?

Due to the high volume of consultations we charge 60 USD (or 1000 Mexican pesos) for an appointment. There will be no charge if you cancel/ reschedule your appointment. In the even that you do no-show fine but we reserve the right to decide if Dr. Carmona would give you an another appointment.

When is a payment due for my surgery?

The surgery fee must be paid in full before the surgery takes place. This payment will be due in full on the scheduled pre-operative date indicated for each individual patient. This date generally takes place 1-2 days before the actual surgery.

Is there a surgery deposit?

Yes. Once a patient decides to have surgery on a specified date, we will collect a 500 USD scheduling and booking fee in order to reserve that specific scheduled date. This will be deducted from the total cost of the surgery. Patients may reschedule their date of surgery any time before the scheduled pre-operative date. If the surgery is canceled or rescheduled after the pre-operative appointment but more than 24 hours before the surgery, the surgery fee will be refunded including the deposit. In the event that a patient cancels less 24 hours before the scheduled surgery time, the office will retain the 500 USD deposit for administrative fees. If the surgery is canceled the day of the surgery by Dr. Carmona or by the hospital due to medical reasons or risk concerns, the surgery fee and deposit will be refunded.

We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advances if you are unable to keep your

appointment.

Refund Policy:

Treatments purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
